February 2021 - Texas Deep Freeze I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable. Ultra Clean answered all my questions and offered a good deal for cleaning 1300 sq ft of seriously dirty tile and grout in a house that had been a rental. The technicians went over areas multiple times to get it all looking great. They were super careful with all the new paint on the baseboards and cabinets. I will use them again!

Update- Not sure if sealing just wasn’t done correctly, but within two weeks discoloration began and got progressively worse. Expensive work for work that doesn’t last. Found a grout repair pen on Amazon which is working great to fix it- am slowly doing sections as I have time. Jason and John did a great job with grouting my shower. They were both personable and informative on the process and what they were doing. The finished job looks great as well. I highly recommend!

It is refreshing in this day and age when disaster strikes in what is likely a family's greatest physical investment--their home. This is the situation we found ourselves in during the fall of 2023. A small leak behind a wall in the kitchen led to the development of mold. The original company we hired to perform the remediation and restoration was less than honest. After 3 months of frustration with them, we called North Texas Restoration. That same afternoon, Don was standing in our now-destroyed kitchen, accessing the mess left behind by the previous company and walking us through the process he would follow. Don patiently answered every question, listened to what we would love our kitchen to look like, and offered suggestions (99% of which we went with without one iota of pressure on his part). He explained his background in the industry and why he chose to establish NTR (the industry needs good, honest people who will help others when disaster strikes). Standing in our kitchen, we felt the burden lifting off our shoulders. Before he left, we understood the timeline for the completion of the project, our budget, etc. Two days later, his team was in our house doing the "move out," tearing out the mess left behind by the other company, etc. We received regular progress reports via phone calls and text messages. We were allowed to come and see the progress made. He promised we would return to our house by April, and he and his team delivered. If you were to walk into our home today, you would never suspect our kitchen was once a disaster area. What you would notice is how beautiful it is. Our experience with NTR was so positive that we would never consider having anyone else work on our home. We are already discussing having them back in to work on the master bathroom! During the last big freeze, my family and I were soaking up the sun on a cruise in the middle of the ocean, blissfully unaware of the chaos unfolding back home. That is until my neighbor started blowing up my phone, frantic that water was pouring out of my house like Niagara Falls—from both the front and back doors. Six days later, when we finally made it home, North Texas Restoration had done it all. The house was dried out, the frozen pipe was repaired, and the place was ready for the rebuild team. They had even packed up our entire home, storing everything in pods so perfectly that the essentials were right there when we opened the doors. They have worked on several projects at my home - installing tile flooring & wood flooring, painting- including walls, trim, doors, removing popcorn paint and repairing and repainting ceiling, and repairing wood and wall damage. Last year I was about 3 weeks into the hospital dying of COVID not improving and my wife comes home from church to the dishwasher she started a cycle on before church flooded the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen. We spent nearly 30k to have an old laundry room built into another bathroom. Within a short period after the build we noticed the tub cracking very badly in all of the corners and the coating coming off exposing the yellow what matt be fiberglass. Additionally, that it was unlevel due to items rolling off of it. I contacted the individual in charge of my installation and he "started the process of a remedy". They went back and forth for several months trying to find receipts for the tub but apparently no one has them and nothing was ever given to us. Keep in mind the tub is getting worse with every passing week. After they could not find the receipts in order to try and file a warranty claim with the tub manufacturer they told me they were going to come an insurance claim to cover it. Now, over a year later, still nothing. They are now completely ghosting me. We spent our very hard earned money with this company and fully regret it. Save yourself the pain that we've been put through and find another company.

Derek and Leroy replenished our parking lot to brand new!!! The property was neglected for over 20 years until management was replaced. I hired Water Workz power washing after inquiring a quote for power washing of our parking lot with HOT water. Roughly, 32,000 sq ft of parking lot in Dallas was completely black and trashed. Having the proper tools and equipment to clean this parking lot with their Landa machine made the outcome incredibly impressive to see first hand. Derek kept me posted on the process during the small delta of time it took. It is super easy to get a hold of them to receive a quote and get this project scheduled. In and out in less than 10 hours with 1 machine and 2 people on the job. Quite impressive I must say. Is worth the cost, yes, the parking lot looks day and night different.
